I think I may be a reccer at

221b_recs for May (and if not, I'll probably take a turn soon). I've noticed that there's nowhere near enough Elementary fic getting rec'd, which is a damn shame. So, since I have a bazillion Elementary fans on my flist: anyone have recs? I'm interested in genfic, and I haven't seen the show, but I don't care about getting spoiled, so anything's cool. Stories featuring Ms. Hudson and/or Clyde would be particularly appreciated. Or if there's awesome fanart, send that my way too (it's a multimedia recs comm).

(Next step: conquer my fear, watch the fucking show. You have no idea how useful tumblr has been for this--I have gotten used to these people's faces, so now I can process their existence! \0/ Plus, I love Candis Cayne so much omg. I can't be the only person who was addicted to Dirty Sexy Money on my flist, can I?)

So, it seems that everybody on my flist is super into Elementary. I am excited for all of you! It really seems like the leaked pilot is hitting everybody's buttons and is well-done to boot. This is awesome! I am happy!

I have no idea if I'm going to be able to watch it.

I guess what I'm saying is this: I am excited that Elementary appears to be awesome from the pilot. If I'm not watching it, it's not because I don't support its existence and wish it well. And if I don't comment on your reaction posts and thoughts about it, it's not that I don't care. And if I keep talking about Sherlock, it doesn't mean I've picked my side.
