1) put amount of pudding mix appropriate to one cup milk in jar (this is half a bag if you buy it in the boxes at the market, but we buy our pudding mix in bulk, because obviously

2) add one cup cold milk.

3) put lid on. shake.

4) let sit 10 minutes or so

5) eat delicious pudding.
